This Mobile Policy describes the SMS/text messaging services offered by Housing Members and the terms that govern your participation in our mobile messaging program.
Housing Members provides an SMS-based notification service that delivers property listings, foreclosure alerts, rent-to-own opportunities, and account-related information directly to your mobile device. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages from Housing Members.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during registration or at any other opt-in point, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Housing Members. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Housing Members does not charge for SMS messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive promotional texts from Housing Members unless you re-subscribe.

We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and the information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By participating in our SMS program, you also agree to our Terms of Service. Housing Members reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time without prior notice.
T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and may be affected by your device settings, location, or carrier network conditions.
